Die Geschichte von Boadicea the Victorious

Boadicea the Victorious wurde 2008 von Michael Boadi gegründet. Der Name spielt sowohl auf seinen eigenen Namen als auch auf die keltische Kriegerkönigin Boadicea an, die im ersten Jahrhundert gegen die römische Besatzung kämpfte. Der Start gelang gleich an prominenter Stelle: 2008 kam die Marke als weltweite Exklusivität ins Londoner Kaufhaus Harrods und wurde dort schnell zu einem der meistverkauften Düfte der Black Hall Perfumery.

Vom Geheimtipp zur internationalen Marke

Schon ein Jahr später war Boadicea the Victorious auch bei Henri Bendel in New York und bei Selfridges erfolgreich, wo die Marke bis heute zu den stärksten Nischenhäusern zählt. Inzwischen sind die Düfte in den exklusivsten Geschäften weltweit zu finden und stehen für britische Handwerkskunst und einen eigenständigen Stil.
